There are many more metacity options than this program covers, and metacity is nicely integrated with Gnome. You should investigate the gnome-control-panel, or gconf-editor (I believe that is the best way).

You can contact Ian Wienand about the program, he was the Debian maintainer but has taken over for the time being.
